1) Account Rules and Security

1. Each person may create and use only one account. Registration details, email addresses, wallet addresses and payment details must be accurate and belong to the account holder.
2. You may not create, control or assist with additional accounts, share or sell an account, access another member's account, or share a wallet or payment account between members.
3. You must access QashBits from your own device and real internet connection. VPNs, proxies, Tor, VPS or remote servers, IP-masking services, emulators, public computers and similar methods are prohibited.
4. Multiple accounts using the same device, network or IP address may be restricted and reviewed. Members in a shared household must not access or operate each other's accounts.
5. You are responsible for protecting your login details and for activity performed through your account. Passwords are stored using one-way protection, but no security system can guarantee against every loss or unauthorised access.
6. After 365 consecutive days without a login, an inactivity fee of 50 Bits per day is deducted from the available account balance while the account remains inactive. Logging in stops future inactivity deductions.

2) Valid Activity and Earnings

1. Rewards are credited only for genuine, completed and valid activity. Logging in by itself does not count as earning activity.
2. Faucet claims and paid PTC views must be completed manually and in accordance with the instructions shown. Bots, scripts, auto-clickers, macros, emulators, traffic exchanges and any other automated or manipulated activity are prohibited.
3. Offer and survey rewards are subject to confirmation by the applicable third-party provider. Pending, rejected, duplicated, incomplete, fraudulent, cancelled or reversed transactions are not eligible for payment.
4. Survey answers must be honest, consistent and provided by the account holder. Fake or deliberately misleading answers will not be paid. Repeated or intentional survey fraud will result in loss of survey access and may result in permanent account suspension.
5. Verification or hold periods may apply before an activity, reward, contest point or contribution becomes final. If a provider later reverses a transaction, related Bits, Credits, tickets, points, commissions and prizes may also be removed or recalculated.
6. Displayed earning opportunities, rates and availability can vary by country, account profile, provider inventory and time. QashBits does not guarantee a particular number of activities or a specific level of earnings.

3) Referrals

1. You may refer an unlimited number of genuine new members. Each referral must be a unique person using their own identity, email address, device and payment details.
2. Self-referrals, purchased or exchanged referrals, fabricated identities and referral activity created primarily to manipulate rewards or rankings are prohibited.
3. Your assigned referrer cannot normally be changed after registration. Referral information is treated as private account data.
4. Referral commissions are paid only on valid eligible activity and may be reversed when the underlying activity is cancelled or rejected. No compensation is due for referrals that become inactive, are suspended or are deleted.
5. You must log in at least once every 24 hours to remain eligible for referral commissions. Commissions may stop accruing while this activity requirement is not met and resume after your next login.

4) Contests

1. Contest periods, qualification thresholds, point definitions, prize targets and pool contribution rates are the values displayed for the relevant contest or configured for that period.
2. Only qualified members are eligible to receive contest prizes. Rankings and projected prizes shown during an active period are provisional and may change when users qualify, points are validated, transactions are reversed or the prize pool is recalculated.
3. Offerwall contest rewards are funded by eligible contest activity. A displayed target is the maximum target for that place, not a guarantee that the place will be fully funded.
4. The monthly referral contest measures valid Faucet, PTC and confirmed offer activity generated by qualifying referrals. Qualification and ranking are determined by the rules displayed for that contest period.
5. At the end of a period, results may be checked for invalid or fraudulent activity before payment. QashBits may correct rankings, cancel invalid entries and recover prizes that resulted from reversed or manipulated activity.

5) Lottery

1. Lottery tickets are earned automatically through eligible activity and cannot be purchased.
2. The number of tickets and the contribution added to the jackpot depend on the activity type and the rates displayed for the current lottery period.
3. Your displayed chance is based on your valid tickets divided by all valid tickets in the current round. It is an estimate and does not guarantee a win.
4. The jackpot begins and ends with the applicable lottery period. Invalid or reversed activity may reduce ticket totals and the jackpot before the winner is finalised.

6) Balances, Purchases and Withdrawals

1. Bits and Credits are internal accounting units used by QashBits. They are not a bank deposit and do not earn interest.
2. Payments and deposits must be made only through the payment methods and addresses displayed on QashBits. We are not responsible for payments sent to an incorrect address, network or third party.
3. Current minimums, limits, conversion rates, fees and available payment methods are those shown at the time a transaction is requested.
4. Withdrawal requests may be delayed, rejected or returned for account verification, insufficient balance, invalid activity, provider reversals, security concerns or a breach of these Terms.
5. Completed purchases and delivered advertising are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where QashBits confirms that the purchased service was not delivered due to a fault within our control.
6. You must not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support and allowing a reasonable opportunity to investigate.

7) Advertising

1. Advertisements and destination pages must be lawful, functional and accurately described. Advertisements must use the supported language and format required by the advertising page.
2. Advertising may not contain or promote adult content, hate or discrimination, illegal goods or services, malware, viruses, background mining, deceptive downloads, copyright infringement or other harmful content.
3. Frame breakers, forced redirects, abusive pop-ups, misleading links, URL shorteners that conceal the final destination and pages that fail to load correctly are prohibited.
4. We may pause, reject or remove advertising that violates these Terms. Impressions or clicks already delivered are not refundable, and no refund is due for an advertisement removed because of the advertiser's violation.

8) Fraud Prevention and Enforcement

1. Cheating is strictly prohibited. Confirmed deliberate fraud will result in permanent account suspension. This includes multiple accounts, false identities, self-referrals, bots, scripts, auto-clickers, manipulated callbacks, fake survey answers, offer abuse and attempts to conceal a user's real connection or device.
2. Attempts to exploit, hack, overload or interfere with QashBits are prohibited. This includes SQL injection, cross-site scripting, denial-of-service activity, manipulation of callbacks or postbacks, and bypassing security or verification controls.
3. QashBits may log and review account, device, network, wallet, transaction and activity data where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse and validate rewards.
4. For suspected abuse, we may temporarily restrict features, hold payments or request additional verification while an investigation is completed.
5. A confirmed deliberate violation results in permanent account closure. Invalid activity and all related rewards, referral commissions, lottery tickets, contest points, prizes and balances will be removed. Other available balances may be held while connected transactions are reviewed.
6. For minor or accidental rule violations that do not involve fraud, QashBits may issue a warning or temporary restriction instead of permanent suspension.
7. Creating a new account after suspension or helping another person evade a restriction is prohibited and may result in closure of all connected accounts.

9) Third-Party Services and Availability

1. Offers, surveys, advertisements, payment gateways and other external services are operated by independent third parties. Their own terms and privacy rules may also apply.
2. QashBits does not control a provider's inventory, targeting, tracking or approval decisions. We may assist with an investigation but cannot credit an activity that the responsible provider does not confirm.
3. We may change, suspend or discontinue a feature, provider or reward rate when necessary for security, maintenance, provider availability or operation of the service.

10) Liability, Taxes and Changes

1. QashBits is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for interruptions, delays, third-party failures or losses outside our reasonable control.
2. You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes, fees or reporting obligations that apply to rewards or payments you receive.
3. Nothing on QashBits is financial or investment advice, and no earnings, prize, referral performance or return is guaranteed.
4. We may update these Terms to reflect service, security or legal changes. Material changes will be announced through the website or another reasonable notice method. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
5. If you no longer agree with these Terms, stop using the service and contact support regarding account closure or an unresolved transaction.
