This means if we have jobs like:  "please like this facebook site for 30 days" , "or please subscribe to this you tube channel for 90 days" we gently ask you to do it like that. You will be rewarded for it so we ask you to respect the rules.

If you don't do what you were paid for this is bad qualitiy service from our side and we must then stop jobs like that, what means less to earn for everybody. 

This is like a game where you can win points.  But this time the points are worth sth! And you can make many points if you are good player and low points if you are a bad player.  Bitcoin finally gave us the chance to provide and spend money on the whole planet.  You can easily earn without anyone else beeing able to stop that.
